Are you a COVID safe business?
Yes! As a Hair and Makeup Artist business, we're registered with the NSW government as a COVID safe business and have a QR code for all our clients to check -in every time they visit our studio. We also practice social distancing and comply with the most updated COVID rules and restrictions.
Can I postpone my wedding to another date?
Yes absolutely! With so many uncertainties, we're very flexible with brides who are looking at postponing their wedding in either Sydney, interstate or overseas due to COVID-19.
What will happen to my wedding booking fee?
Your wedding booking fee is fully transferable to the new date with no extra out of pocket expenses even if it falls on a public holiday. You will not be charged a rescheduling fee for all COVID-19 related postponements. Please contact us for more information on changes to your booking.
What happens if I need to postpone my wedding again?
Please rest assured we'll be more than happy to accommodate the change as we understand how stressful this is with COVID-19 NSW weddings. Please get in touch with us as soon as you decide so we can work on a new date together with your other vendors. This is extremely important as we want to make sure everyone is available on your big day.
Do I need to check with you first before booking in the new date with my venue?
Yes please! Due to the high number of postponements, it's important to contact us as soon as you decide to reschedule to avoid your stylist being booked by another bride. We encourage all our brides to give us a list of potential dates, or ask us to give you our list of dates in the period of your preference so we can secure everything in for you as soon as possible.
Can I have my ceremony first, and my reception on another day?
Yes of course you can! This has become a very popular option due to COVID restrictions and lockdowns since the pandemic started.
Your package can be changed to whatever that's needed to accommodate this request as long as it's not less than the value of your original package.

What are your health and safety precautions?
We take health and safety very seriously. All our tools used as well as our hands are disinfected and sanitised after each client to prevent cross contamination . We also have multiple set of brushes to avoid delays between clients.
Face masks are mandatory for our stylists for the whole duration to ensure we comply with the Sydney COVID health orders, the health and safety of everyone is our top priority.
Can I use my own makeup?
Most definitely! We understand the importance of listening to our clients especially when it comes to personal hygiene preferences. If you feel more comfortable using your own makeup such as lipstick, mascara and false lashes, we're more than happy to accommodate that. We recommend to schedule a bridal hair and makeup trial with you using your own makeup to ensure everything sits perfectly. Please let us know before the day so we can allow appropriate timing for your session with us.
What happens if one of our Hair and Makeup Artists have COVID-19 like symptoms?
We always have a team on standby for unforeseen circumstances like this. Our stylists tested positive will be in isolation until a negative COVID-19 test result is presented prior to the wedding day.
